I have added my giftcard to mobile app and it has Rs 1000 balance. It is showing up in the app.
When i am trying to purchase it from website it shows up 5% discount, but it says the card is not valid.
My mobile number and email id are not linked. Please tell what to do.

Which card are you trying? The woohoo mobile card wont work on the website. Woohoo.in cards workson both mobile app and woohoo website.
Also, you have already added the card to your woohoo app. It’s now transferred to the app. So even if the card you had was woohoo.in gv (instead of the mobile gv) you can’t use it anywhere else as you’ve already redeemed it.

Woohoo gift card can be used on site as long as balance is there, irrespective of the fact that we have added it to woohoo app or now. Though I don’t think we can add it to two apps.
