There are NUMEROUS issues with RBL cards 
Last time we all struggled to get OTP’s 
Try using it as a Credit Card. I also found some trouble in transactions when used as Debit Card. But as Credit Card it worked successfully every time. no delays in OTP as well.
How much time does it take to get activated generally? Sent a message yesterday – no activation message yet.
