Hiya!

This is my first ever review and I would say, I am compelled to post this review to make aware the problems I faced from this unethical company.

It all started because of desidime:p After seeing the FPD of Samsung Galaxy Tab P7300, I decided to take the plunge and go for it from Indiaplaza.com. I was looking for a gift for my wife for our anniversary and since she is a book-worm, I thought I will gift her the Tab. I purchased the Tablet from Indiaplaza on 10.07.2012 and I was confident that it will be delivered before 22.7.2012, since the delivery date was mentioned as within 5 days (Order No I10071218967).

Initially, I didnt bother about it because I am a regular online purchaser and have been purchasing almost on a daily basis from homeshop, flipkart, yebhi, pepperfry etc and more often than not, I get the materials delivered within 4 days (will do a comparison review later:p). Anyways, after 6 days of order, it was on 16th July, I decided to contact them. When I called them, they said that they have assigned the order to vendor and that they will update the shipment status within 24 hrs. To be on the safer side, I also raised a complaint ticket demanding for the status of the Tab (ticket number – CNT1607120210).

I then contacted them daily but the response was same that status will be updated within 24 hrs. However, When I checked the complaint ticket, I was utterly surprised to see that they had closed the ticket without even intimating me, stating that it will be shipped on 20th July. I wanted the material before 22 July, so I contacted them again on 20 July around 5 pm only to be told that all the senior staffs have left since it was weekend (WTF??) and CR will intimate me once he gets the Shipment detail. I decided to flood them with messages, so I posted in their facebook, twitter, mouthshut and called them up twice daily but there was no response until 20th July when I got a message in facebook that they are out of stock and are looking to procure the material even though the TAB was still on sale in their website till today (25 July, 2012).

I was really pissed and found out the twitter account of their CEO, Mr. Vatheeswaran. I twitted him my complaint but I guess he teaches these customer representative on how to provide bad service because he ignored my tweet and answered all the other tweets regarding the website. I then mailed Mr. Vatheeswaran, my complaint with copy to consumer grievance cell on 24 July because their Cust. rep. were repeating the same B.s and had no idea about the material.

I guess the mail and the threat to sue them worked because early morning today, I received a call, they apologized for delaying the matter and said that they have not been able to procure the TAB and that they are cancelling the orders with complimentary Gift voucher of Rs. 200. These CHEATERS were having my money for 15 days interest free and now they want to placate me by issuing a stupid gift voucher (Let them shove it up where the sun doesnt shine). More than money, I am sad that I was not able to gift anything to my wife on our 2nd Marriage anniversary. Also, now they have taken off the tab from sale.. Just wanted to share my horrible experience with these ethic-less cheaters.

/End of Rant/ Sorry if it was too lengthy but I wanted to dump it out of my system:p

PS: Now starts the real fight on getting back the refund. Anybody can enlighten me how quickly they refund the money??

PS 2: Have purchased it now from flipkart and expecting by weekend.

Yes the are BAD!!

You should have posted your grievance on Mouthshut first which would have got their immediate attention.

I understand how you wld feel when you are not able to gift your wife on special occasion.

I had similar experience with Koovs during Valentines day!!

Good to know, they finally took care of this issue on DD.

after a long follow up i got their template replay “We regret to inform that the ordered product is currently not in stock and we shall cancel your order and process refund to avoid further delay”

@indiaplaza You cheaters list OOS items showing them as available and will be shipped in 2-3 days and hold money for months with no reason and after getting complaints you replay your money will get credited on your bank account within 10-15 days WTF https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_evil.gif
