Friends, had ordered Usha Stitch Magic Electronic Sewing Machine from Seller Fab Sales from paytm on 25th June, they delivered it on 3rd July & upon opening I discovered that it was a defective product and it probably looked like a returned product which was directed to me. After raising a return which was accepted, but it got delayed as their courier partners had some branch issue, hence they had to escalate it to some other courier partner who picked it up on 9th July, because of the delay they rejected my return today saying that my return period was over, however their courier partner has still not updated with them.
I was hesitating at first knowing paytm is not the right site to order expensive & fragile products as these, when on the same day it was available on amazon for 1k more & I still repent my decision to go with paytm to save 1k
I have escalated this matter with them with the return slip which I got from their courier partner.
now my Rs.17500/- is stuck with them & a defective product.
