Amazon account blocked with amazon pay balance

My account is blocked , have 7999 rupees in amazon pay . CALLED CHATTED EMAILED to these people , but no one seems to care . Account specialists seem to send just copy paste messages over and over again , customer service can’t help as they don’t have access to the account and account excalation dept can just forward mails and I’m just stuck . Anyone who could help ???
