My name is Rameez k.r, first time I ordered a puma shoe through shopclues website, but they delivered an defective product, so guys please be aware of ordering through this site, I had done all procedures for returning this order, but I am not getting any updates, called more than 2 times but no updates. they were asking the pic of the shoes, I had already sent it. but that is not the way to treat the customer, customer does not ask the pic of the shoes before ordering, so please do needful for me or I gonna raise the complaint against this.

They are sending old n used products…evn products in less quantity… Free ka pesa lena chahte hi… I returned my todays order back to the delivery man… I suggest evryone…nvr purchase anything from this website… Fake Fake Fake….they are fake….
