did not got refund for money after courier lost product . Lost 3k in ebay

I bought a ram of 4 GB 1 years back from ebay . They told me that they delivered the ram but i did not get the ram . After doing multiple complaint . Courier expected that missed the product and initiated refund to Ebay . But ebay never acknowledged that I did not get the product and never refunded my Money .

I am going to file a case in consumer forum . Ebay has the worst customer support and they dont listen the things .
I called their customer care 100 times and always they told me that I got the product . They never investigated after even accepting the courier fault . I stopped buying anything from ebay .I lost 3000
in ebay

I will say buy the product from ebay on your risk . Most the time you will not get back your money .
