fake product worst customer care

I bought one coupons of husbabies(http://timesdeal.com/delhi-ncr-deals/hushbabies...) . But according to T&C, This coupon is only not valid on Food, Bath, Feeding Essentials & Diapers. But when I am trying to buy different product (.i.e. wipes), Hushbabie is not allowing me to do that. So I have raise my complain with timesdeal and hushbabies, but nobody is given me a solution. They are not providing the coupon that will fulfill their T&C or refunding the money back.
