flipkart fraud delivery

Hi
I had order a MOTO G5 Plus mobile on flipkart on 16/03/2017 and the product was supposed to be delivered to me by 20/03/2017 on my office address. But today when I tracked the status of delivery it was showing as delivered to me @4:30 pm. I did not get a single call from the delivery person asking me about my availability as it was a Sunday and I was not in the office. I contacted the customer care for the same and they asked me to wait for another week for the issue to resolve, This is really unprofessional and careless on behalf of flipkart and ekart to claim the product to be delivered to even though the customer did not get it!
Can someone please advice what could be done in such cases?
