Foodpanda the worst website to order food online

Few days ago I ordered food via foodpanda website and guess what after completing the whole process and making online payment I recieved a mail after approx 1hour that “Something went wrong and we are unable to process your order” but they didn’t return my money back to me yet. I am still hoping that some day they return my money to me. I mean its not all about the money at least they can inform me early so that I can order my food from somewhere else.

I also tried to call them but they didn’t pick my call. I tried calling continuously 1hr and after 1hr they close the support. Its being 11:30 pm and approx all the restaurants were closed for taking online orders. That night was the my worst night ever.

Now I really really hate Foodpanda and I’ll never order my food from their website.
