Fraud sellers on flipkart

I am writing this mail to you because I am not getting any help from the Flipkart customer support team.

This mail is regarding the scam happening in Flipkart while online shopping. I recently purchased split AC from Flipkart and while purchasing the specification of the product was mentioned different (AC with copper condenser) but I received different product (AC with Aluminium Condenser ). Later when I came to know about this issue I contacted Flipkart team. Instead of solving the issue they changed the product specifications to Aluminum just to make their customer fool.

2 days ago I got a call from flipkart team offering me 1000 rs Flipkart for their mistake which I refused to take it as I wanted my product to be replaced.
