froud and fake delivery

i ordered three product out of three still two delivered yet ,i ordered maximum two weeks ago ,Paytm is showing still product is packed ,that is packed yet from last two week ,status is showing on paytm application that product is packed . which product is delivered they both are fake and worthless ,the item which was showing on application , and items which are delivered to me that was totally different.. i am going to delete this application and in my office my 34 colleges using it i am going to delete from their phone also .because i never expected that paytm will do that kind of fraud. .their is no refund policy ,i did not get cashback price even.
