Infibeam has the worst customer service ever! Bought an iPhone 6 plus (grey) from their website, 4 days later I was informed that the ordered color was not in stock anymore and only gold color was available. I refused to accept the same and requested them to cancel the order upon which I was informed that payment refund will happen in 20 WORKING DAYS (which technically means in a month). I checked their website that same day and the product still reflected as “In Stock” and they were still happily accepting the orders. So here you go – Infibeam fails to deliver the product citing “stock issues” and block your payment for a month while on their website they continue to claim the product is in stock and still accept payment from other shoppers. When I raised this issue with their customer service, the response was “IT IS NOT MY CONCERN THAT YOUR MONEY IS BLOCKED”. Pathetic!!
