Pathetic return/exchange policy

‎I ordered a Kurti with XL size and received a xs size. On confirming for exchange, got a response that exchange is not available but I could return the Kurti and then reorder. Is this so easy? On a prepaid order where I am placing trust with the provider to ship me products on time and correct, and for your failure I am to be troubled. Please send me correct size and then I would return the wrong size or you send me the product for free.

Please get back to me with reasonable solution… and keep consumer’s trust in your reputed site.
