Status saw as Delivered, without deliver

After I paid the amount to paytm mall, the status displayed as Delivered, Still the item was not delivered to me, I have mailed lots of time to paytm, but there was no response. In the shipment details I collect the delivery boy of XPRESSBEES number which is not existing number.

So don’t trust on paytm mall other wise you lost your money/good. They don’t care whether you lost ur money.

I never see these types of 3rd class service from any ecommerce site.
