terrible service

terrible customer service. its almost impossible to get any issues sorted. they are so unprofessional to manage to deliver the wrong product, after making u wait very long…after all that, they have the audacity to tell you the item u ordered isnt available. wait till its restocked. for now, return the purchase.

like yeah! i’ll trust u guys to actually send me an exchange or make a refund at the least. they dont even respond to mails or messages. i spent a whole day trying. they finally got back on facebook.
