The site is a fraud

This site used to work very wel till about 2 months ago. then suddenly all the customer care numbers went down, and the responses to the mails became very slow. I canceled my subscribe to sabe order but have not recieved any refund for more than 45 days now. Donot know how to lodge a complaint.
