Very bad service

Very bad experience with Paytm Mall. I ordered a prepaid mixer grinder via order no. 6246140583. It was automatically cancelled by courier and no one came to deliver neither called.I called courier service and paytm customer care to get it delivered. They assured that it will be delivered soon. But next day it was cancelled. I again called paytm customer care and talked to their supervisor but they told they can not help me in anyway. Dont trust on their deleviers they may cancel it anytime and you may be sitting and waiting for the order to deliver. Fake people fake customer service. No use of following up with them. I was waiting for more than half hour to get connected to customer service and even after that no use as they simply says we cannot do anything. Very ridiculous, fed up.
