Very bad support - Careless staff even dont read your emails @amazon.in

Very bad support – staff of amazon in as their staff don’t read the email just send your saved reply formats they have.

Its almost 15 days I am following up with them on email asking them that I am not getting OTP and also have called them 5 times or more but no solution yet. They just pass [email protected] Why your staff dont want to work and if that is the case why you have such people atleast say your customer to go away from you so that we dont have any hope of service from you. Read all my emails and you will know what I am saying is a truth. Where are your owners or managers or seniors they dont know anything how your service is degraded?

I have all the records in written with me that how careless your staff is. You have given me mental harassment and it will cost you professionally.
