I ordered one dress from Paytm 10 days back. But still not got the delivery. I contacted logistic co express bees which had picked my parcel but they said they are not able to deliver due to Lockdown. But my question is why is Paytm even accepting orders if they are not able to deliver during Lockdown…they was no such notification about delayed delivery. Even cash on delivery option was not their. I neec that outfit on my Birthday. But i am also not able to call paytm customer service as it is getting disconnected. There is no email ID mentioned for registering complains..i am uninstalling the app …they are taking money i advance and not delivering product….it is sheer unprofessionalism and fraud. I will never use paytm ever again
