I am an online shopper. I regularly use flipkart, amazon, myntra, jabong, snapdeal, etc.
This is the first time I used koovs and I was totally pissed-off. I’ve placed an order on Aug 03, 2015 and I received the confirmation mail from koovs on the same day. And on 05-AUG-2015, I received the product shipment details from koovs.
Its been more than 20 days now and I haven’t received my order. I have called them 4 times including today. Every time I call the koovs customer care, I will have to wait for a minimum of 15-25 mins to get connected [for which I will have to bare my mobile charges]. The last couple of times I called koovs, I was assured that my product will be shipped to me within 24-48 hours. There will be no update until we call them.
Today, when I called the koovs customer care again, I had been waiting for 19 minutes to get connected to the customer care executive, who tells me that my shipment was untraceable and asks me to place the order again, which was actually sold out. I have asked the executive to connect me to her senior executive, which she was reluctant to do. And told me to disconnect the call and I shall receive the call from her senior executive as soon as I disconnect. I dont understand this. If her senior executive would call me as soon as I disconnect, why is she not available to attend my call? Anyways, I havent received any call from koovs senior executive till now.
DON’T USE KOOVS! A Very WORST service of all.
I wanted to give a negative star rating for KOOVS which was not possible. Koovs isn’t worth one star.
