Worst service provided by Paytm

I booked a bus ticket from Gurugram to Jaipur. I called the bus operator before scheduled departure. He gave wrong information about the bus. Unfortunately I had already paid for the journey i didn’t even travel. Worst customer care, they put calls on hold for long. They didn’t even listen to queries. Extremely disappointed.

the loss you had is not by Paytm, its by that Bus operator & its service only. As Paytm acts here as a mediator between users & bus operators, then will take responsibilities of technical problems only. I my opinion, that bus operator might have given a wrong info to Paytm which caused you the loss.
