(RESOLVED)Admins !!! Please Look into Dimes request Issue Properly

Raised Request long back, Almost pinged around 10 times still no proper replies. if you reply properly it’s even ok if you gonna send like 10 days after also. but im keeping on requesting many times.Sadly, no single reply i get !!! If there is a problem i will surely understand and wait but you guys atleast need to reply. Am i right???

Though I didn’t get any voucher, I got this message and it’s not fair My dimes also got deducted !!!!

All i request is give some proper reply . we will surely wait untill the date you promised. but these kind of things are just irritating. @Priyanka & @Mj911 responded properly and tried helpeing me in this case. but still issue didn’t solve
