DD search not working properly

I am on an older version of the app, didn’t try on website, but search is somehow not working here, fetching all irrelevant results!
e.g- On searching ‘vanish 400g’ it doesn’t fetch any results related to Vanish at all.

I don’t know but it used to be fine 3 days back, noticed this since last 3 days

This issue is on all platforms.
Getting proper results in advance search only.
Most of the times normal search is not giving proper results.
Advance search should be default search. May be it is consuming more resources and thus changed?
