So after trying to catch these frauds who create multiple accounts just to vote up and play housie for dimer every wednesday, I have finally caught one.
Here’s how the cheating takes place. (4 Corners in just 2 Numbers)
Not Sure about the next one, maybe a fake one too. Full house in just 7 numbers (Possible, but can’t say)
Note : It’s been happening every week, that most of the winners are newly created user accounts.
Something needs to be done.

It’s been happening every week. Try making the game available only to members who have been registered with DD for 5 years or more. Or maybe find another option. Because fake profiles are being created on daily basis for vote up, karma and housie purpose. 
We do check for duplicate accounts and such users will not get any prizes.
I too noticed the same when (4 Corners in just 2 Numbers) was completed, but though my connection mat be slow and its not updating… 
Actually @ayushdce3822 crossed the numbers on his tickets and then claimed the prize. His ticket got disqualified immediately but he was declared as the winner (which is a bug). So we will not be giving dimes here. We will get this fixed and it won’t happen again in future.
