query regarding posting a deal as seller

hi ,
I am a dental medicine student doing a part time business of selling stuffs online.
i am thinking , if I can post my products as a deal , mentioning that I’m the seller?
if I do , will i get banned ?

Thanks for replying..
I asked this because , i came to see a thread where the seller posted the deal.
He also admitted that he is the seller, but still there was nothing mentioned regarding suspension .so i thought rules have changed .

Yes you will get banned.. self promotion is not allowed in dd..better try OLX , Quikr, sulekha and other Facebook groups for selling stuff..
