Received DD mug in broken condition
I received the mug in broken condition. Whoever packed must be a genius. He/she has put all the packing papers inside the mug but a small piece of paper outside and received it broken. Pls find below the images.

I know you are bootstrapping your company and you shouldn;t do it this way, such a kanjoos people you are, sent you a mail, no reply and here also no reply, dont ignore your users otherwise you will lose all..
you should have at least replied on the status of this issue.
