The site gets disorganized

Many times the site gets disorganized (see attached screen shot) which is troublesome navigating to the page looking for. Dont know what the problem is. All my plugins are up-to-date. Let me know the solution. Thanks for having a great site.

But this happens with any website not just DD
May be internet is disorganized

I also get that page but for a very short time (say fraction of a second), then things get organized on its own.
