[Resolved] Who is facing Logout Issue
Hi Dimers
I am talking about Logout issue in forum which exist since many years
Even after Ticking on REMEMBER ME / KEEP ME SIGNED IN, after 1-2 hrs it gets logged out automatically .facing this issue since I have rgstrd on desidime , initialy I had ignored it but later I had mentioned in feedback thread also., But still facing same problem . Some users suggestd to go to desidime.com/session/new
instead of desidime. com/login , That too is not a permanent solution
So with the help of this thread I want to ask who else is facing the same issue so that admin team can work on this issue .

Bro I was ignoring such issue earliet only because of this reason . but I have tried with all browsers on my mobile , pc and laptop as well, But still problem exist
Also m not clear ing cookies, not using incognito too. These are the basic things which everyone knws

+1 I can confirm this problem too. everytime i open dd i see that its already logged out, thogh i always use remember me. Already fed up this.
In app also when we change parameters for uber or any other app, dd app account logs out

yes i am also facing this issue… its not a Problem of Browser.
Really,op atleast your account being stay signed in atleast 1-2 hours,but my account logging out after every refresh almost

Same issue from last 2-3 months

We have released a fix and now Once you click Remember Me, it would not log you out.
Kindly let us know if you face the problem again after today.

Basically cookies are resposible for keeping you logged in
If you clear cookies or your browser clear cookies(on exit) or u r using incongit mode..or u r using extension to clear cookies … then u cn face such issues
Ir can also happen if cookies are programed to expire in 2hrs..generally they are not programmes like that..as fourm track and earn from cookies
