Jio Phone Issue and looting to customer

My old jio phone become not working when I went to service center they told me duo to water enters in phone phone become dead circuit problem and to repair that it will cost 2500 phone brought in 1500 And it was not went to water kay normal rain Aslo to give in written but they dint give then contacted customer care they told service center decision is final we can’t do anything
