I use E-PL8, but waiting to upgrade to E-M5 M2 or M3.
Minus is the cost (when compared to DLSRs).
I don't like carrying big cameras, the sole reason for not buying DSLR ever.
Had Sony RX 100 gen 1 and Gen 2 for 4+ years. Then, tried Olympus Micro-four-third camera (one of the smallest) and happy with the size.
Bought the body on sale. I buy used lenses from OLX.
