Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO Full Details

There are certain aspects that need to be considered whenever we talk about a company’s IPO issue. These aspects may explain whether an IPO would perform better or worse in the share market. And as well all trade and invest with just one intention, profit, it is important to first understand what a company has to offer and whether it can be beneficiary for us or not. Therefore, we have talked about certain parameters of the Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO issue right below:

Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited IPO GMP Today: 28th November 2022

Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd. IPO GMP today is ₹52. A GMP of Rs 52 for Dharmaj shows that the company has a chance to perform well on its debut day in the stock market.

Note that this data is updated on the 29th of November and the grey market premium of any company can change with time. Thus, we will keep updating the post for the same.

GMP stands for Grey Market Premium and it shows the price at which investors are applying for an IPO. If the GMP is higher, the IPO would probably open at a premium in the share market. Though, things may get ugly if the GMP of an IPO is lower.

Dharmaj IPO Price Band: ₹216-237 & OFS by Existing Shareholders

The price band set for Dharmaj’s IPO is from Rs 216 to Rs 237. Thus, investors can apply for one or more lots of shares within the same price range. Also, the existing shareholders of the company have offered their shares for sale too. These are a total of 14.83 lakh equity shares that are available for OFS.

Actually, your comment seemed like we had some misunderstanding with GMP's meaning. Sorry for not understanding at once.

No problem.

The problem with IPOs, Last 2 years books look lucarative or make it look like.

These are not long terms bets ( ofcourse with exception) . With CGT and all we get nothing.

These IPOs are just because now market is booming , recession looming in near future. FEELING LIKE 2008 DEJAVU.

Again its individual choice and nothing against any particular company or individual.

Special thanks to you for collating all together and bringing it here.

GMP refers to the premium price that people are willing to pay for an IPO issue. If the shares' price is Rs 216, then investors are willing to pay Rs 42 more than that to get Dharmaj's shares.

Agreed!
CGT and the current situation have hit stock market investors really hard and that impact will be visible in the coming years. And I would say that the share market in 2022 is totally different than what it used to be before covid, and people are either new to the game or haven't adapted to the change.
We always talk about bulls and bears in the market, but the truth is that the majority of retail investors are stags, who are really dangerous for the market as a whole.

And you are most welcome. Also, I appreciate your participation in the same too.

But Data Pattern's share price has boomed since then...I hope you still have that stock in your portfolio.
Even though you didn't earn much with its IPO issue, the actual profit from that share would be great, right?

Within 1 year, that stock went from Rs 575 to Rs 1465 and even now, it's around Rs 1290. That's a huge leap, isn't it?
That's why the stock market is so unpredictable. A company whose IPO didn't perform that well now has its share price at more than double its listing price.

Applied on first day for one retail lot. Due to small size of IPO, found applying in any NHI category not worth considering. May pick up additional in pre-open whether allotted or not. Due to low float and small size, will definitely rise in the short term.

No no. It is the grey market premium. If a person will purchase the application in grey market, unregulated/ not so legal, then it is the amount has to be paid upon the successful allotment of the shares. 🙂🙂🙂

You mis-understood my perceptive and starting FD vs Stocks.

My point is IPO vs good performance index stocks if aim is to get 20% profit than unknown books of profit. If you understand well and good if not also fine as we dont know which stock gets blessing. Again IPO IS NO FANCY. LAST KNOWN GMP IS 52.😄.

look at books of similar stocks.
