For nearly 28000, after offers & exchange getting 12 mini, is it good for say next 4 years... am fine with size and not for heavy usage, durability & performance wise and for decent camera

Any recommendation for a phone in 10~12k range, The phone will be used by not so tech savoy mom for Whatsapp, Youtube and calling only. A clear screen would be good for eyesight so was thinking Amoled screen, she will upgrade from Redmi Note 7 Pro.
