Need Help Regarding Flipkart Affiliate

Hi Everyone I am using Flipkart Affiliate Account to Do Affiliate marketing for Flipkart. I earned nearly Rs. 11 k in month of june 2020 and Rs. 19k in Month of October 2020 , They are showing both payment done in Report section> Payment but I didn’t Receive any amount in my bank account as yet.

I already put many e-mails to them but they are either not replying or not giving proper reply. One of their executive said payment has been sent in my bank account but I checked and reply him that I didn’t receive but he didn’t reply again then. My bank account No. is also right I checked nearly 10-20 times. After that also I have put many mails regarding it to them but they are not replying now. Can Someone help me what should I do now. I earned this money by working day and night in their sale to Promote their products and they are not even giving me a proper reply.
