arbitration shall be at Mumbai for Bank and language of arbitration shall be English. The
existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bank.
8. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation
is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
9. Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable

Opened account today using aadhar within 10 mins. While opening I didn’t give my current address as the guy said we can change it through net banking. But that option is not there in net banking. I called CC, first he said I need to visit bank to change the address. Later they agreed to send a person to pickup the address proof. So Make sure that you have present address proof if it is different from Aadhar address

How do I open an account in this bank? There are no branch in my city (pune) and I tried enrolling on their website, still no call back.
