One doubt ..if paytm shipped my order, can I cancel it after shipping? I mean will cancel option available?

Its prepaid order and showing cancel option now..
So if they ship it and give me 40%cb, can I cancel it?

yes now a days you can cancel i think. As 1 of my order got shipped yesterday but still the cancel item option is there..

Although I have been buying from Paytm for more than 6 months, this was the first time I heard of a cashback change after placing the order. But a PE 100% cashback is a special situation and since it’s TronGalaxy, I will take his word for this. Only he can clarify how he discovered the cashback change. By the way, if they change the cashback after your order is shipped, you will have to contact CC to initiate a return after the order is delivered.

Once the order was shipped the same discount code CAM50 displayed 50% amount only rather than the entire amount !
Fortunately i just cancelled the item before i could receive !

Without changing if they cancel the order and refund the paytm cash instantly that will be good, instead of me going thru the hassle of cancelling/returning the order and waiting for the refund

But even if you failed to cancel, you would have been able to return the item for a full refund, right? Assuming the seller allowed returns.

I cancelled midway before receiving ! Only bad part was going through the hassle to get your money pack from PayTM . In those days payTM was in nascent stages !

mine cod orders got cancelled which was not verified, paid order and cod order that got verified by call are in process, some have been handed to courier.

Even I received SMS about the confirmation just now.
