Yes no amount showing in mail.
Also in paytm app cancel option not showing. What about u?

Check your order summary in Paytm. I received similar mail but the order details shows correct cashback.

Than I received mail confirmation of cancellation .. so its just better to wait n wahch till paytm finishes its aftermath

However I was talking about price error while ordering prepaid. In such cases, Paytm generally cancels the order after 10-15 days. But if we order COD, we don’t have to worry about the paid amount. Moreover, in the said period, we can take judicious decision of cancelling or receiving the order depending on the dimers’ experience.

I haven’t seen anyone in DD getting free product from Paytm marketplace. There might be some exception which I’m not aware of.

You have missed out sorely. If this works out for you, I guess you will forever be indebted to Paytm, but don’t hate them if they decide to cancel your orders or change the cashback (happened with TronGalaxy earlier). This is a PE after all. Just cancel/return the order(s) if things don’t go your way and utilize their other amazing 50% off non-PE deals.

I just checked my old mails from PayTm with subject Items Confirmed. In those mails also they say cashback for coupon code xxx will be credited within 24 hours of item being shipped. There also they don’t mention the cash back amount. so lets hope in this case also the cashback will be same as they mentioned on applying the code while buying.

its simply saying you have exceeded their wallet limit of 10k per month, if you want more, provide them documents else wait for pehli tarikh i.e. on 1st april, you would be able to claim cashback
