i m not able to claim cash back
My cashback is also vanished, gone don’t know where, there is no history if it, it is just like they have cheated. They deducted 300 Rs. cashback for yesterday and another 300 without any reason. Is it legal to do it? I have the cashback mail and I can clearly see my 600 Rs is gone with no trace.

But why would rbi ban them? Did you know banks have right to withdraw amount that does not belong to customer.
In a way they are right but they should have informed us before or cancelled the order..
