Zubies I got all the refund for gvs . I think they are deducting ur money now since u they couldn’t deduct it that day

No, I haven’t recieved the money after cancelling the Gv’s. I was not able to claim cashback for 4 Gv’s due to KYC and later I cancelled the Gv’s. I’m not able to claim cashback now as it says transaction not found. So per Gv I lost Rs. 90 as they have already deducted Rs 100 and gave 10% cashback assuming we all have claimed cashback.

I’ve raised the ticket with them but no answer for last couple of days. What should I do, anybody, suggestions?

. you dint claim cashback but they deducted the excess 90 for each transaction . can u tell me if they were able to recover the entire amount of 90* x transactions or your wallet became empty after only deducting a few transactions . if that is the case zubies and your situation is the same . they have a track of your accounts of the to be recovered amount and they are doing the same now as they couldn’t do it previously .

No, my wallet had enough cash and after they deducted the money the balance is still there. SO there is no case of money shortage, they were able to recover for all my 7 transactions of GV’s that I purchased from Shopclues. I was able to claim cashback of 3 but rest 4 couldn’t as I was getting the KYC error. Next day they deducted all the money and adjusted according to 10% cashback. They even deducted Rs. 90 for those transactions for which I was not able to claim cashback.

Later I asked shopclues to cancel my GV which they did. Now when I try to claim cashback for the 4 transactions, it gives “Transaction not found” error. So in reality, I suffered 90*4 = 360 loss.

So u have got the refund from shopclues of rs 90 per gv transaction but u can’t claim the cashback is that right and hence ur running a loss of 360 atm . bdw I think u dint claim 100 cb for 4 transactions so amount should be 400 not 360 .

Yes, I got the refund from Shopclues. Since I couldn’t claimcash, I lost Rs. 100 per transaction. But remember they have added 10% cashback for all the transactions and deducted Rs. 100, so I lost 100-10=90 per transaction.

Hope that you will get remaing cssh when they process wallet statement.

Mobikwik has deleted each and every comment on their facebook page of shopclues as there are so many complaints..khan tak girenge ye chorkwik.

Seller sent damaged product. Refund approved by ShopClues. I requested refund as CluesBucks instead refunding to mibikwik a/c. Now Shopclues is not refunding for last 3 days. What do I do?
