Even after calculating in Mobikwik way, still they’ve my Rs.2000 +

Initial wallet = 5970/-
Purchased 54 products worth = 3965/
After shopping,Wallet Balance = 2005/-
Claimed 100% cash back for only 20 = +1512/-
(KYC error)
Wallet balance after claiming = 3517/-
Mobikwik snatched away my cash = 3400/
My wallet balance after snatch = 117/-

So even though I’ve not claimed 100% cash back for 34 orders amounting 2463/- they snatched away it from my wallet

I just filed a case against mobikwik CEO with CCB financial asset loss due to online fraud.
I will go to the Bank and claim that all transactions done to mobikwik should be disputed immediately and will provide a copy of CCB complaint ack to them.

I also got same reply from RBI (Mr Sachin Bhagwat). But I reply to him same, that how can RBI deny a “MONEY Wallet” or How these type of companies getting license to run business in India. If they are getting license, then there should be some governing body too in government of India. Else, declare mobikwik another chit fund or fraud company…

Yeah. Common people are suffering. Where else do people order dozen unnecessary things because there is a glitch and you can get it free.

in most places in Japan, people don’t lock their bikes. If someone does it here, people no only steal the bike, they will also complain the bugger does not keep enough petrol to go for 50km.

Now about RBI, there was flaw in atm machine. If you withdraw money and leave small part in tray, machine retracts and ur account gets complete money back. You would have argued it’s system glitch, not your fault. But that did not stop police from putting these people ( yes, our good people who misused system) behind bars for fraud and cheating.

I lost more than 3700/-. I am daily sending email to RBI, tweeting and sending message on facebook. Please continue to do this.

Few people here are hardcore mbkw supporter, so we should ignore them and not to waste our time to argue with them. As might be they are right at their place, but we are also right at our place, period.

I lost more than 3700/-. I am daily sending email to RBI, tweeting and sending message on facebook. Please continue to do this.

Few people here are hardcore mbkw supporter, so we should ignore them and not to waste our time to argue with them. As might be they are right at their place, but we are also right at our place, period.

Anyway, as long as mobikwik works in accordance with Payments and Settlement System Act, 2007 they are fine.

In one of these posts it was already mentioned that RBI has said they they cannot be involved in this and it is between MK and buyer.. Is it so hard for you to understand that? BTW I never believed that legally there was any case against MK.

It is the conditions , and check on which company can operate a wallet.. not “how” .. I don’t find any reference where it says money cannot be automatically debited from wallet… (Uber was doing exactly that using paytm) I am not sure what violation are you actually referring to ..

BTW.. How many of you are under 18? .. FYI.. you guys are not even allowed to hold mobikwik account.. or any other online wallet.
