they have kept the CB of orders 6 – 7 pm but only one per account and taken away the rest.
i cancelled all orders including the one for which i got CB
total loss

Even if u cancel order u might get 0 refund cause wallet statement doesn’t mention anything about reversal of cashback

No, that is not valid explanation as per my opinion. Their system were showing 100/- rs cashback, that why we all did so much shopping. It is their fault, not ours. They can CORRECT their technical glitch, but cannot deduct “PAST CREDITED” amount due to their system fault..If there is no system glitch, then why we all do so much shopping, first place..So its like first woo customer by lolipop (100/-) and then ditch them by deducting that CB. This is clear case of bait and switch, which is fraud by them. So we should take some step against mobikwik (consumer court etc). This is my opinion and I could be wrong.

yes its their mistake and they shud have corrected it before 6 pm as this started from noon onwards and by evening it was all over the forums and facebook… so they knew about the glitch and could have removed it

since the money is paid from the Mobishit. After cancellation also the money will go to Mobishit

They have refunded 10% of the amount what have been orderdd before 6 to 7 pm offer & taken back the remaining amount what they have refund.

but they have deducted the wallet for orders made before 6 pm so they are bound to refund that amount and after 6 pm too they have kept only one CB per account

I was expecting your comment on a topic so close to your heart.
mobikwik already gave 10% discount so remaining amount credit in our wallet
if am not mistaken we MAY not get refund for gv purchasing. as gv cant be cancelled but shopclues did this. They may cancel this GV and MAY provide fresh GV but am not sure they will do this by own & talking 2 them takes 1-2 weeks to get the problem solved.
