100 rs cashback from mobikwik on shopclues

If PayTM had this issue, they wouldn’t have reversed it like Mobikwik.
Remember when one of their code, “APP10” was giving 100% cashback instead of 10%?

All my gvs are intact except 2 and those 2 were received after 6.30 . The gvs are in the name of some other person anf delivered to me . I guess their servers gave away to our loot !! Kindly check the name on the gvs showing cancelled or pending

I’’ve successfully claimed cashback for one account and used that cashback again on shopclues.
But for second account, the claim cashback link given in email is not working. Getting failure error. Anyone else facing same issue?

I ordered 2 items from 2 different accounts between 6-7 pm.

On 29th March 2015 I have used Mobikwik prepaid wallet for paying my ecommerce transactions at website shopclues.com

They have offered 100% cash back capped to Rs.100 cash back and I have purchased many items worth Rs.100. The total amount was around Rs.4000.

Without informing me this morning they have deducted my entire wallet amount which they have ve offered as cash back in the earlier day.

on 30th march 2015 I have contacted their customer care and they came back saying its a technical glitch and they are sorry for that but they did not refund my money.

Why should one end user like me has to pay for their mistake . It was not just me but many people have lost their money.

Since its a small amount they might be thinking no one would care to complain.

Please look into this issue.

guys, I too ordered twice before 6 and one of the orders is showing “Porcessing-Ready for dispatch” and the other “Shipped” – no Cancel option . Both the items were from Flea market sale. is it that you cannot cancel such Sunday Flea market sale orders ?

Use the gv bro. Many saying they have got used gv. So i used my 10 gv just now.

if there was one drama left to give true meaning to the term " Mobikwick march madness", this is it. Mobikwick/shoclues could not have wished for a better outcome. Shoplcues woud be very happy. lot of people bought their useless GV which will be worth next to nothing if someone decides to trade it.
