Dear friends … I had placed an order today with Grofers. I got the cashback from Mobikwik before delivery.
The order was delivered few mins back, but one item for Rs. 100 was not available. So the delivery boy
said that it will be refunded back to your Mobikwik account.

Just want to know, in case of partial refund … will mobikwik deduct the entire cashback ?

in case of partial refund you will get the refund after deducting the cashback and promotional discount.

so if you have applied 15% cash back…then Grofers will refund only 85 to Mobikwik and mobikwik will also reduce this by another 20% cashback that they have paid..so you will effectively get 68.
