Freecharge refuses to refund failed recharge amount back to bank account. This a way of cheating people and accumulating money. This ain’t cool guys. It’s still considered to be a loss for the sake of a coupon.:-{ PAYTM is better on refund process.

why don’t you try the option of google login ? May be some dimer would have created a fake account using you number

What a fraud going on here. I downloaded the app today and when i try to recharge I am prompted to download a newer version of the app. There are similar complaints on their app review page. What a let down. for Rs. 75 this has taken me more time than it should. Bye Bye Freecharge. Whats disappointing is that DD is involved this time.
