I got the code and i applied successfully but thing is that my recharge is fail i tried twice Rs.150 debited from my a/c and saved in freecharge wallet…. And i dont know whether i have to try one more tym or not because code is working but recharge is fail. ….. @admin do u have any idea why when i applied code my recharge is fail…

i faced error while doing this from office.

at last got it, after 5 tries with various problems both mainly from freechaege. their new app is screen full and not showing OTP. coupon worked fine.

I also faced same problem described as below by felow dimer.

I got the code and i applied successfully but thing is that my recharge is failes i tried twice Rs.150 debited from my a/c and credited in freecharge wallet credits…. I sent query to freecharge team and as per their suggestion we can use FC credits and apply the cash back code for failed transactions.

I have did the recharge yesterday using same promo and credits as per their suggestion but no cashback till now.

When I contacted customer care they told only credit card/debitcard transaction valid for cash back. Now I dont know what to do. Rs. 75 X 2 = Rs. 150 gone and no cash back.

FC policy is not fair. Paytm is far better and I personally faced this problem cashback now.
