Depends on which bank card u have…. for me SBI dcs are not working….. ICICI/HDFC/CITI/SC/Axis card works but international cross currency activation is needed…. and all the banks have different method

You can activate it via Netbanking or Tele banking
Netbanking → Cards → Debit Card → Request → International Usage

it’s an agonizing wait to see that there is no movement in the tracking page. I have 6 packages in transit and still in China somewhere. can’t make out that it has left China and entered India yet.

here’s a tip my friend…. if you buy anything from aliexpress… just forget about it for at least 40 days or so… if you keep tracking stuff you will loose it and grow more impatient… then aliexpress is not for you.

to begin with, don’t order anything which you need by a particular date/ time… aliexpress is NOT a place for that. it’s a very lazy channel of e-commerce so just trying to set your expectations right and help you calm down

secondly, I have 39 packages in transit (pic below), haven’t tracked even a SINGLE ONE TILL DATE ! no point, that will not make you reach any quicker.

I have ordered 108 packages before this, again
..never tracked any…

i am shopping on this site sine more than 2 years. 90 % of items have made fine. it takes anywhere from 20 to 60 days even if it is not getting tracked. For not delivered items you get money back after the expected delivery date reaches and you open a dispute. So you are covered there as well.

I ordered Projector, tablet etc and till date no issues.

another way is to get register on paypal and give your dc/cc details then you can pay using your paypal account.

Bro we cant predict anything regarding shipping via china post or any other ordinary post bcoz their overall process is slow…. u can choose express shipping but their charges is way higher

They don’t respond and wait for buyer to make mistake and miss the deadline of raising claim. Then you are on your own.

No it’s not as the other user said. Until the delivery person asks you for custom fee and produces a bill you don’t have to pay any. ‘Held in customs’ mean it is with the customs and will be dispatched to the mail when they have done with the papers. Just wait, it can take 5 days or 20 days.

What’s the update? If status is Retention then surely it means it’s struck.

had to run around post offices to finally get it yesterday. performance is fine but results are mixed. at times it shows not charging and i have to restart… remove the battery and retry and it works. dont know what to do…

Go for refund. I had bought a 6 cell battery fr Fujitsu and its damn better than the one which i got with laptop. Depends on seller, also check feedback b4 paying.
Got the bluedio headphones today. Heard its good, didn’t get it in my hand.

please don’t look at the tracking information…. it’s crap. ignore it. I never track my packages, just wait for them to arrive in the timeframe committed by the seller, if it doesn’t, raise a claim and get my money back…simple.

first of all ..aliexpress is really slow mover.
there are registered tracking number system in global shipping environment in which you get tracking number like…..RY903987487SG.
only by this number you can track your parcel…otherwise not.
when aliexpress vendor provide you number other than this type.it is definately non registered parcel which you can not track.
china post or hongkong post or singapore….all parcels (with tracking number or without tracking number) are delivered to you through indian postal service.
You may not get your parcel (without registered tracking number) in india as You know the services of INDIA POST

when on web page… mentioned that vendor will ship parcel through its own arrengement…please avoid it.
if it is mentioned that is deliver through registered post..it is preferable.
again one more caution…
sometime mentioned that it is through registered mail but providing you number other than this style (RY908899160SG)…like 986734529987,,,,,….then cancel your order as it may not reach to you.
