it is platform for vendors not single vendor/exclusive vendor site like jabong or myntra.

you don’t have options to cancel once shipped and you get tracking info only after shipping. this is my understanding of aliexpress.

plz enlighten how to cancel once shipped as I have one such Nbr with just digits.

i received my Blackview BV5000 mobile today order was placed on 1st April and received on 25th April….

it was sent by PostNL and from india it was handled by India Post….tracking details was shared by the seller promptly and one could start tracing the shipment after 3-4 days….i bought it for $106…..and i had to pay no duty…so even more happy….

as regards the mobile….its a quad core…1 ghz, 2gb ram, 16gb rom (32gb ext), 3G & 4G, dual micro sim, 8 mp +2 mp camera, android 5.1 lolipop, 5" hd screen, 5000 mAh battery, bulky with weight around 256 gms…..waterproof/dustproof/withstand bumps & scrapes

came packed in a nice looking box….had the phone, charger, earphone, otg cable, scratch guard, a small screwdriver, start guide

overall im super happy with my purchase here are the pics…

I ordered a few more items a couple of days ago from various sellers. they all said shipping via registered air mail but have now shipped via ordinary small packet. isn’t this cheating?

will aliexpress refund without question if I don’t receive with the specified time?

If you did not receive any item open dispute about parcel not received and get refund

fake tracking . how much you paid for product ? if it’s high value wait for month . then open dispute . DO NOT CLOSE DISPUTE if seller ask to wait for few more days .

I ordered aukey Quick charger 3.0 Rs 850 almost 45days ago still not received, seller delivery time frame is 39 days or full refund, so I opened dispute on 34 day of purchase after that I received several messages from seller to wait more, cancel dispute, offering more discount on next purchase but I didn’t closed dispute but escalated it to next level shipment is stuck at Mumbai customs since last 15 days,
So never close dispute and escalate to next level appropriate time.

If it’s in customs how is it anyone’s fault? Wait more or send an email to customs as it will be delivered to you eventually, it’s NOT lost. If you are nearing the last date for dispute then ask the seller to extend the date. He can do that and you can raise a dispute if it doesn’t arrive at all within a reasonable time(sometimes it takes upto 60 days) or defective.

Note: Don’t try to gain unethically from the seller. Aliexpress is honouring the disputes now but think if they stop doing coz of your little mischief.

well I don’t agree to the logic they r free to use any service if we choose free. eg: if Amazon says free courier and send it via speed post which is not that fast and efficient then it’s bait and switch I believe. I’m not totally sure if ordinary and registered are same. as far as I know registered will offer full tracking, ordinary will not

FYI, Amazon does have a tie up with India post and they do use them for their service and it’s not you who govern how others do business. IF you don’t like a service you simply don’t take it. And yes Registered and Ordinary mail is the same thing. Tracking is available for China/Singapore post.

On 15 April order some parts of my lenovo tab.but till now tracking no is not working … seller is not responding. ..😈

anyway I have received the firstpackage from SG post and it took a month. SG post seems to have very good tracking all the way until customs clearance -inccu

can some help me with China post. the last tracking just says next stop shangai on 4/7.
no tracking since.

Amazon does ship through speedpprt. last month got a moto e thru speedppst from amazon

But speed post doesn’t accept electronics items. How do amazon sellers ship those with speed post? I have also received some electronics stuff by speed post though.

Talk to the seller. Ask for the tracking number.

Received my first order from aliexpress today, VR glass!! ordered on 26th april and received on 26th may,by china mail registered post,
maximum delay is in chennai customs,which was held in for more than 10 days and released with duty amount of 177 Rs.

product cost is around 10 USD and it is excellent, fits very well over the face,does not cause any discomfort during watching movies.now im happy with this.ordered more and waiting for delivery.

Guys I bought one spare part of my mobile which was too much costly in India in comparison to China but sadly I didn’t receive the order yet even after 30 days. I am losing my faith from Chinese courier.

30 days is a reasonable delay, wait for 30 more days, you may receive it at any time.
