My expectation is that iPhone 6 16gb will be priced at around 35k MRP and a sale price of around 28k soon.
For 6S these will be the expected revised MRPs that would be announced on October 7th.

Apple revised the storage on 6S too along with iPhone 7 launch. The minimum they offer now is 32gb and then the 128gb version. No more 16gb and 64gb version.
