Lately shopclues have been selling cheap quality product. I purchased a laundry bag which was torn and was of inferior quality. Even the Rebook belt I received was a used one with scratches on buckle. I am adhering from buying these one day deals from shopclues. They are selling either duplicate or cheap products in name of one day deals. This opinion is is purely on my experience with shopclues.

This is my 1st post here. I have been reading the forums for a long time though.

So, i bought these pair of socks on Saturday. As i was in the middle of the payment gateway, my ISP decided to boot me out and my net disconnected. When it reconnected, i had to refresh the page, but i got an SMS from SBI saying that Rs 58 had been deducted from my account.
I even got an email from Shopclues saying Order Confirmed. But, the item was still in my Shopping Cart on Shopclues.
I see many people have already received their pair of socks or atleast have had them shipped. I have received no such confirmation.

I have tried calling Shopclues Customer Care to no avail. The 1st number simply disconnects after 3 rings, while the other 2 don;t work

What do i do?

write a mail to them… they reply fast…

I already did.. yesterday. They haven’t replied. Nobody comes on that Live Chat thing they have on their website either

the one i ordered for my neighbor arrived 2 hours back. its good quality.

I also think so.Dosen’t seem to be original Arrow socks.There is not even a logo of Arrow on the socks

My friend received his order.
This kind of socks are sold by street hawkers for Rs 10 a pair..

These are manufactured by calzini fashions Okhla.

Whoever bought this, write to Shopclues about this fake item, let them take action and blacklist the vendor. Also ask them for compensation. regards,

Can’t say anything about these ones, but Calzini makes socks for most of the major brands as well as their own. These are probably seconds or export surplus or rejects.
