Have been buying regularly from shopclues and am pretty satisfied with their products and service. I got mine arrow socks from shopclues last night and they are identical to what I bought last month from Select City Mall in Saket. Do not be so negative because you can be.

I am saved form another disaster. Last order of mine for shop clues was that junk umbrella which I got refunded. I initially was tempted to order this socks, but somehow resisted myself as i have them at stock and shopclues off late has become from good to bad or rather say worst.

I am hoping that they will learn form there past mistakes and looks like they missed to learn lessons from umbrella deal and now this socks seems like adding up spice.

Shopclues in-case you are listening, I am repeating the same lines that i had left for your customer care earlier. You guys needs to pay attention to quality. You cant assume that people like buying junk at less price. If you plan is to wind up from this e-commerce place sooner or later.. then we are happy to keep away form your site.

How can you even think of buying something of a bigger value from these companies, if they can deceit us for Rs 58/- would they be ready to help you out with some expensive gadget you bought from them and it reaches you with any defect or fault. If they can get to such low levels about asking customers to take consumer actions for 58 bucks you people should not blame them tomorrow when you end up buying something of higher value from your hard earned money and they send you junk because if one can get to such unethical sorts for 58 bucks would they be any good for any higher losses.

+1 yes to me its not loss of 58 bucks rather it is lot I gained out of it and saved me from making any future blunder.
